supervisor said its full to let me in

Phindi&rude security woman told me at 12:20 that I can't collect my smart card ID coz its full inside and when its full no 1 mist come in coz consultants are only paid till 12:30.Phindi was so rude as she came and asked the security woman(who refused to give me her name&she also had a stinking attitude) in Sesotho saying \ba batlang"? Meaning what do they want?.I toldPhindi to show some respect coz she can direct questions to me&my husband and she continued to ignore me.only when she saw me writing her name on a piece of paper then she told me abt the consultants that get paid only until 12:30 and at 12:30 they want to leave coz its weekend .I do not see how it is any of my problem as I told her that closing time is 12:30 & we r 10 minutes early.she turnsher back on us and left we used our petrol to go to home affairs to collect our smart card ID's& it ****es me off to get there and be told **** by firstly a security officer that works for just a sub contractor & as for the \"" supervisor\"" to treat&speak to me like iI don't pay tax in this country.the next thing she asked the security woman before she turned her back on us tthe first time if we paid?..
