Sufficiency

On the 25th September 2014 went to home affairs in Bellville to apply for a Birth Certificate for my adopted Son, noticing Birth Certificate was still on Birth Mothers name was told to fill in forms to have adoption noted. Then I must come back in 6 months for the Birth Certificate. Went back in August 2015 for a birth certificate was then informed that the adoption has not been noted as yet, they will follow up and let me know. No response from them so phoned customer care line who opened a case and was told to go fill in new forms etc. Phoned customer service several times with not much happening because they are waiting on my forms. Phoned on 30.09.2015 again spoke to Letitia to be told that they are waiting on feedback from processing department. On asking what kind of feedback they are waiting for she just kept on telling me they are waiting on feedback. So I asked can she at least tell me if the forms has been received and whats happening to my case? Again tell me she is waiting on feedback. Had to repeat myself several times and still she tells me they are waiting on feedback. Has my forms been received? What happens after it has been received? How long am I gonna wait?
