Such Incompetency _ Home Affairs Bellville

I have done an application for my Smart ID card at Home Affairs Bellville on the 23rd of March 2018. I was told it takes two weeks and I will receive an SMS saying when it will be ready for collection. Two weeks went by and I phoned them, but no answer, went on their website and got the email address of the Office Manager. I emailed him on the 16th April 2018 and this is the email I receive back "Dear Madam/Sir, Your Smart Card ID has been dispatched to the office of application, as soon as it is received you will get an SMS notification to come collect." I again followed up in the beginning of this month (May) by emailing the Provincial Manager of Western Cape and still no reply. Today is the 23rd of May 2018- 2months later and I again emailed the Operation District Manager, I just hope they can give some freakin feedback.
