Such Bad attitude and manner of approach

Khanyisile Khulu who works at the photo booth at Brakpan Home affairs offices has bad people skills and manners. First I get there and greet her she says nothing just tells you to sit. Then the chair she makes you sit on has wheels and a broken back rest. She then shouts at you for to sitting straight, while I'm trying to explain the chair situation she then went on and on about my bad attitude, while all I was trying to tell her was that her chair is the problem. She is very rude and obnoxious, I think she must be taught to deal with people in a more pleasant and helpful way, than to just start biting people's heads off and then behaves like she is the victim.<br> <br> What bad service this morning
