Stunning service was pleasantly surprised

What an amazing experience at the home affairs office in Epping. The online system is so amazing. the only trouble I had was the that the sms systems seems to be a bit delayed. I made an apointment for my son's identification card and I took screenshot of the reference number. On our appointment time and date we were in and out of the Epping branch of Home affairs within 40 minutes and two weeks later my son's ID was ready for collection. Amazing service and amazing people. I had no idea that Home Affairs offers an appointment service for IDs and passports. I was really impressed. Well done and keep it up. My next appointment will be for our passports
