Study permit intentionally rejected twice

I am Rohul Alim Chowdhury from Bangladesh. I took admission in Monash South Africa.then I app**** for visa in south Africa high commission colombo sriLanka. But they refused my application saying that institution in RSA could not be verified. How funny. It's registered with DHET. I THINK THEY INTENTIONALLY REFUSED ME. In April I app**** again. In bangladesh there is no south Africa high commission. That's why this time applocation rejected saying that conformation received from university contradicts information submitted in application. I sent mail saying which information is contradicts but they are not responding . University confirm me, no communication was made with high commission. It's really disappointing. They should feel shy when they refused international student like that. Their intention is negative. I lost my valueable time and money. Anyway expecting DHA will investigate this matter and give safety to international students. My vfs ref no DHDE/***.
