Struggling to get my PR updatued in Home Affairs database

<p>I got my PR (PRP ********** ) on 16th July 2015 via VFS but when I traveled to India, Immigration department informed me that my details are not updated in Home affairs office.<br />So I spoke with Johannesburg Immigration office (8 th Floor) and mailed to Joycee and other officials but no one respond to me. It's almost year and I can't travel to India it I don't have details.</p>
