In 2017 the system at home affairs said I'm deacead but I'm still alive.then the officials instructed me to fill the forms and for witness aswell that confirms that I never been deacead before.i submitted the forms but till today the system of home affairs said I'm deacead.the time I make this quiry I went at Germiston home affairs they can't help me.
