Stinking service

<p>So we arrived at home affairs nelpruit. We arrived at 11 to do an ID for my daughter and her cousin. After being on the queue till 5 in the afternoon we were told we must come the next day. When were next in line and we're told to come today. Enoch Mashiloane the office manager told us that they did us a favour they should have closed at 16:00 and we are not employed by him and we can complain if we want he doesn't care. The other child could not do the ID because his mom is in eastern cape and he is now stuck with a job and no ID, we requested to see the office manager around 3 to request further explanation we were told he has gone to the bank and only arrived at 5 this us when we were told to go home and come back tomorrow. This is totally unacceptable and cannot be tolerated.</p>
