Still waiting since Feb 2015!!!!!

4th Follow up from ***/15: Request for assistance with Marriage Status, Idrissah Jerry Tawakali, ID no: ***: I have sent through a query on behalf of my fianc? regarding a marriage that happened between him and an unknown woman in which he went to court and done the necessary processes to get divorced from the woman he does not know. I sent the email to the ministers email on 10 February 2015 requesting that this case be removed from the system as the system still states that he is married when the divorce was finalized in 2010. To date nothing has been done, almost every week since February 2015 I have been sending follow up emails in which I do not get any feedback from the involved parties. I have requested for a contact number for a higher authority, nothing comes up. Please can you take care of this matter urgently because we plan to get married soon and should this issue not be resolved before we get married, it means that our marriage will not be registered at home affairs.
