Still waiting for visa since Nov. 2014

There is no way to check why my visa is processed for so long, no body answering the phone and no where to complain.<br> <br> I made my appeal in Nov. 2014 and now I 'm still waiting. VFS, where I paid R1325 for the service, only responds for delivering my application materials to the DHA. DHA, contact me then I will give you my tracking number to check the state of my appeal. You've keep me waiting for so long, you are wasting my time.
