Still waiting for unabrigded

App**** for my childrens' unabrigded certificates in May 2015, all others caame out within 8 weeks except for one. 6 months later, I am still waiting. When I call the toll free number, its the same story everyday... we experiencing a backlog in unabridged certificates and we are not sure when it will be will be resolved. Call again in 2 weeks.... Now Mr Home Affairs, tell jme how I am supposed to travel with all my other kids and leave one behind.... Why did you implement something that would be hard for you as a department to follow through...
