STILL WAITING FOR UNABRIDGED BIRTH CERTIFICATE

We app**** for our daughter's Unabridged Birth Certificate in August 2014, well in advance, knowing we would be travelling in June 2015. However, after waiting for 7 months, we found out that instead of the Unabridged Birth Certificate, Head Office sent a Vault copy which we already have. Now, everyone is passing the buck and no one seems to be interested in rectifying the matter to get the Correct document. In the last 3 months we have sent numerous e-mails to numerous managers, including the district manager, Tersia Hanekom with no response. Head office is blaming Umgeni branch, Umgeni branch says it is in the hands of Head Office.<br> <br> I don't care who is to blame or responsible for this error, JUST SORT IT OUT!!!!!<br>
