Still waiting for my ID

<p> </p> <p>I app**** for a new ID on 16/08/2016 at the Umgeni road home affairs in Durban, apparently there is a second Id that I have never seen on my name.They had to cancell that ID and give me a new.</p> <p>I cannot do anything as my valid ID that I have been using for more than 10 years have been blocked by Home affairs. Very dissapointed with the services have called numerous times with no luck still waiting today 02 November 2016.</p> <p> </p> <p>I need help please cannot live like this.</p>
