Still waiting for birth certificate since Nov 2015

I app**** for an unabridged birth certificate for my daughter in November 2015 to date they have not responded every time I go to the offices they tell me the same story that my application is received at the head office, we supposed to leave for overseas on the 22nd March I now have to cancel because they will not allow us to go<br> I am disappointed in the service received and very upset because I am going to loose a good deal and my deposit, home affairs is useless
