Still waiting 6 months later for my son's unabridged birth certificate!

<p>I made application for my son Jude Michael Gers unabridged certificate on the 10/03/2106. I have been into the Randburg Department of Home Affairs numerous times to only be told that they have not yet received the certificate.</p> <p>I have also phoned the contact center on the 27 /07/2016, 18/08/2016, 25/08/2106 and 02/09/2016. On all of these occasions I have been told that the matter is being escalated but it seems that nothing has been done. </p> <p>Nearly 6 months later I have not received my son's unabridged birth certificate which he needs to travel overseas to see his mother!</p>
