still awaiting unabridged certificate

i app**** for an unabridged certificate on the 30th of January 2015. im getting no genuine feedback from the consultants at the call centre. My case no. *** .please could you help as my child has been sponsored a trip & he flies out on the 25th June 2015 , unfortunately i need this certificate in order to do two visas. i do believe that as of the 1st of June this document is compulsory for every child under 18 leaving the country so on that note i don't understand why priory cant be put into place. All the call centre can tell you is to call back in a weeks time & unfortunately i don't have very many weeks left for the trip. im afraid that this is not going to be ready on time but would like to be advised on what can be done so that my child can still go on this trip.it is a once in a lifetime opportunity which will be sad if lost on these grounds.
