Staff with No Care.

We ungently need to get my sons Passport renewed. After 2 failing attempts since beginning January, finding Randfontein office closed on a Saturday and closed on a Monday because of riots in Krugersdorp I resorted to online application via FNB. So we drove all the way to the Pixley str. Fnb West branch prior to our confirmed booking date to hand in paperwork and fingerprinting, we were sent home and told we only need to do it on the booking date. We made sure from the home affairs lady at counter 1, what we should bring with us and she only mentioned the father and birth certificate. On our booking date we drove all the way again just to be send home a second time because my son was in school and not with us. They refused to help us and I had to make a new online booking. Today we went back the 3rd time with my son out of school and my husband had to cancel a second meeting which can have serious implications for cancelling, just to be sent home a third time because they refused to help us because Lethuli house ANC head office had 30 people busy with support and Toi toi for Jacob Zuma court case at that stage. The bank manager and Home affairs officers just refused, even though the bank was still open and told us Sorry. Why did they not check who is coming in for scheduled appointments and cancel via SMS. So now we are set back with 2 weeks and can only get a appointment on 23 Feb earliest. I don't know what to do because Im worried hat next appointment will not be enough time.
