Staff members are ***********, rude and are not helpful at all

They aren’t very helpful, when you have an Enquiry they don’t even advise how you can resolve it, a home affairs issue by the way, they just tell you we can’t help you and let you go

They play with phones while we wait for them to assist us

I’m currently pregnant, I greeted a lady at the front desk so I can enquire about something, she just pushed me to one side, and continued walking and didn’t even bother to listen to what I wanted to say

They are super rude
