South Africa has no Home Affairs anymore

We app**** for a name change for my adopted son in September 2019 and for a unabridged marriage certificate for my self. We are still waiting.

Every time I phone i stay on the line like today for more than an hour with nobody angering the phones. If I by change do get thru I always hear the same story it was escalated. in the mean time my sin has no future or Id number.
