Somerset West Home Affairs - Adviced to stand in a line and then was then not assisted

I sent an email to the Office Manager Angeline Martin of Somerset West Home affairs because of the incompetence of the staff there. I have yet to receive a response from her and the email was sent on 04 February 2020, this while a board with all her details are up LIVE in the branch...what is the use of this if there is no response.
