Smart ID not delivered

I app**** for my ID smart card on the 3rd of July 2015, till now I have not received it. They gave me a case number,*** and told me that they are investigating but still I am getting no joy from them. They say my fingerprints do not appear on the new system that they are using,I don't know why that is.They are taking too long to fix this issue.
