Smart ID Application

My smart ID application has been outstanding for 15x weeks. I app**** at Home Affairs Akasia who no longer answers their telephones. I have sent various SMS's to management at Akasia and head office. When you phone them you get a SMS to SMS them but messages are ignored. I phoned the head office toll free number and they logged an escalation number of ***. After about 10 days now no one has rep**** back to me. So far my escalations has been ignored. My problem is that 2x of my Bank Accounts from 2x Banks require fingerprint or photo verification. Without the Smart ID verification cannot be done. Most of the functions on these banks accounts have already been disabled which leaves me with a problem that I can no longer use these banks accounts. Cell: ***. ID no: ***. Email: ***.
