Smart ID application

First week of November my husband app**** for an ID at Orlando West offices, every time he checks he gets told to wait for an sms. On the 12th of December I called the call centre and I was told that he must go check at the branch, the ID should be there. On arrival on the 14th of December he was told that the ID is not there, he then tried to apply for a temporary card out of desperation with no luck. He was told that the ID would have arrived by the time his temporary gets issued, so temporary ID will be waste of time. It's been another month and a week after he was denied to apply for temporary ID. Kids must go to schools and varsity, transport and other school's stuff costs has to be borrowed since the bank cards cannot be app**** for without an ID.... I am requesting for intervention as this is putting my family under a lot of strain ever since the delay. Four weeks of processing and and issuing is now taking 12 week and even more by the look of things.
