Smart card requirement for naturalized citizen

Been waiting for invitation letter from head office Pretoria to complete my application for a smart identification card as it a requirement. I emailed various times to *** as prescribed. I haven’t received a reply to what might be the issue so I can look into it.My id number is ***.My email address is ***.I am currently using the identification book which I was told that it would be soon phased out.I don’t want to not have made efforts to get the new smart card.
