Smart card delay

Home Affairs are not helping us, Av been trying to apply for my smart ID because I have changed my maternal surname to my partenal surname. They told me that I must do it online, but is still not easy to use that function of method since 2022-07-13.I am in need of my ID please help hellopeter.
