SMART CARD APPLICATION (ID STOLLEN)

Hello<br> Hope you can assist in my dellema.<br> I app**** for a new Smart Card at the Home Affairs offices in Vanderbijlpark on the 18/07/2015. I still did not received any card or they did not even put my finger prints on their system to date. I phone each day to follow up but each time they say i must wait they are busy to verify my finger prints at head office and i must phone in a weeks time. Well i am fed up . No one can tell me the correct status of this application. I think it is very bad service and client services. I phone Home Affairs client serves centre *** to follow my case no *** but only to find a brick wall. today they even went backwards. On the 19/08/2015 they said that my finger print verification was send through to card division for printing but today 26/08/2015 they told me it is for finger verification again. It seems that they do not know there system and follow up. They also do not see that there is a problem with the application but they just leave it. I wish i could get hold of the Minister to ask him when i will receive my Smart ID Card. Maybe then they will wake up. Please help me with this because my Employer is very angry with me. help!!!
