Smart card Application

I app**** for smart card on the 23rd December 2024, 1 week later I received an sms saying that my application can not be completed because I need to make the payment of which I made card payment on the same day. I went again on the 3rd of January and I was told that they need to scan my receipt and send it to the relevant dept. A week later I received another sms saying that my application still pending and my application will rejected within a month because payment hasn't been received. I went again and the same procedure was done. Till today I have been taken from pillar to post
