Smart card APPLICATION.

I'm not happy about the home affairs at Boksburg, I've app**** for an id on the 20th of June 2024 but haven't receive an sms to come collect it, I went to check on it last month they said is not there yet and I mustnt come again without an sms. I've been trying to call them without any luck, they don't pick up the phone. I'm really sad as my old is is no longer working they advised me to apply for a smart card. Please help me to get relevant platform for help.
