Smart card application
Thank you hellopeter for your help,had a problem with Sanlam but itvwas sorted out.

04 Aug 2025, 10:29My son app**** for his Smart card as a first timer on the 22nd of May 2025,his application has not been approved.when i call i am told different stories all the time,like the application is on verification process or the application is on a standstill and they don't why.They don't even advice what to do next.This is so frustrating because my son really needs his ID,he can't even claim his trust fund left to him by his late father. I've called countless times,I've sent numerous emails but we still not getting help.
