SMART CARD

On Saturday the 27th December 2014 I went to Maponya Mall Home Affairs to apply for a smart card ID document. <br> I had my normal ID book which they made a copy from. I was then informed that the Dept does not have my finger prints on their data base therefore they need to do some finger prints. We did that and I was informed that they process in my case will take longer than usual because they had to veryfy my finger prints. I accepted that and waited patiently. <br> Around February 2015 I called their call center and was informed that the process to deal with my finger prints had not been finalized, once it is I will then get an SMS advising me when to collect the smart card. <br> I called and called and called and each time I would get excuses. Eventually I was given Maponya Mall, managers details who I have been dealing with since then via telephone calls and emails, she has still not delivered. Today I called her she asked me to send her a message with my ID number and she will call me back, I did and have still yet to get a call from her. This was early this morning. <br> What is happening to our government?. We are now in June no smart card yet and nobody cares. The government we voted
