Slow process at mount fletcher home affairs with no updates

It is been 2 months trying to register my customary marriage without any answer from the department. Now that the department is failing me I fail to pay assets of which include a house now the assets will be repossessed because I don't have access to funds without the department processing the certificate inoder for me to be granted letter of authority. I have sent all the documents that was requested by the department. I can be happy if the head office can assist the mount fletcher district office to try to sort the badlock they are complaining about
