since 4 April 2014 without a Identity document

I app**** for Identity document on the 4th April 2014 at Mtubatuba Home affairs department and i haven't received it even now despite numerous attempt to get my ID from the department. I have several went to Mtubatuba branch to check for my id if it has arrived only to find that is stuck at the Head Office in Pretoria.I even tried myself to contact people at high level to try to find out why i cant get my id.<br> <br> I got hold to the lady by the name of Nosipho Shandu in the Maritzburg provincial Office by email, she responded to my email by telling me that my id is stuck at the Finger print department. she told me to re-apply for another id which i did and the system turned it down because there was still an open application according to them.<br> <br> I am concerned because I am a graduate who's looking for work and this is affecting me big time as all the places i have been applying to have all requested for my original Id which I have been unable to provide .What concerns me now is that nobody can tell me me why this cant be fixed so I can get my id. <br> <br> Please Hallo Peter can u help me get my identity back !!!!!
