Simple solutions are “confusing”

Please tell me the logic in helping people with temporary IDs before people standing with babies. Letting a line of mommies with newborn babies stand outside in the cold while people getting IDs just go in and out. And when asked why they don’t do one ID, one baby, one ID, one baby.. they’re response is “it will confuse the officials”, coming from the security outside asking what we are here for. Well done Home Affairs Somerset West you are as stupid, pathetic and useless as advertised.
