Simple process - nightmare

<p>We app**** for our unabridged marriage certificate in 2015. We have been following and is still no where near receiving this document. Escelations been done, documents has been email. We even offered to go and search for our paperwork. This is an ongoing nightmare as we neef this a.s.a.p. Not sure what else to do.</p>
