Simon at the ORTIA Admin Office

I was directed by Mr. Kubekha from the Vryheid office, following a query by a friend, to go see someone at the ORTIA Admin Office regarding the blacklisting of my son who is a minor SA citizen but had travelled on his UK passport due to the serious lack of service given to me by the Randburg Home Office and contact details provided by them to enable my son, whose father lives abroad to apply for a new SA passport. Not only has Simon given me valuable information as to how to go about applying for a passport in such a case, but he also followed up for me on the Overstay Appeal as I was simply not getting through and he got back to me before I could meet up with him again. SO IMPRESSED!
