Shocking service

It's is absolutely shocking the service from home Affairs. My going computrised was supposed to be more efficient, well its an absolute nightmare. There is no backup plan in place. Come on guys. We been trying to lick up id's and passport and they off line. Business continuity is not in place. Get it right people. Very disgusted.
