Shocking Home Affairs Service

I was disgusted two weeks ago when Home Affairs barred a relative from entering SA - with a South African passport - to attend the funeral of his grandfather. He trained as a pilot in SA but overstayed his visa for as a British Citizen due to final exams taking place through no fault of his own. If he was a different colour and offered a bribe, he would have been allowed in. His father went to HA at ORT but the person in charge left her PA in charge who gave the father the email addresses of all those involved and he wrote an email to complain and has not had any reply. This is shocking beyond belief.
