Shocking home affairs

I took my boy to home affairs for his first ID. We woke up early and were there by 08h15 on 07/02/15. The lines was already so long and when I wanted to get the application form and return it on another day, security would not allow me to enter, so fine we wll wait. The waiting lasted till 11h30. To make matters worst an elderly lady needed to use the toilet so they charged her R1, unbelievable. Upon my entry and completion of the form a security tells me that I need to go and sit somewhere and my novice boy in the line. Home affairs just sucks, they don't give me joy to come back ever.
