Shame on you Home Affairs

2 years ago I took an old madala to Vereeniging home affairs to get an ID. Unfortunately he cannot remember his ID number and when I asked that they take his fingerprints, they tell me they are not allowed. So 6 months ago I take this same gentleman to Heidelberg, where they at least take his prints and tell me they will send these to Pretoria. Pretoria home affairs will contact me with results after 3 months. 6 Months have now passed and still nothing. When this man can get his ID, I can help him to get his SASSA. It is a seriously sad story to see the SA government department serve their community in such a way. Anybody in government with a heart out there? ( and guts and integrity )
