Shame Affairs

I app**** for the unabridged Birth Certificates for my 2 children in July 2015 at the Richmond Home Affairs Office in KZN. I was informed that I would receive an SMS informing me to collect them approximately 6-8 weeks from the application date.<br> <br> On 30 Sept 2015, I contacted the call-centre to enquire about the status of the applications. I was informed that the application was still being processed \in the system". A case number was allocated and I was told that the matter would be escalated. <br> With each passing month since that I enquire about the status thereof"
