service delivering

17 march at round about 15:25 entered the building with completed form 2 id photos and R140 for my new id. Sat in the queue til 16:50 and was then told everyone has left and there is nobody to assist as cashier and all the other people has left. More than 10 people had to leave without being assisted and just had to come back the next day as if we don't have jobs that we already took off from to be there in the 1st place. The service was patetic and it looked like they where on a go slow. After sitting there for more than an hour and then just told to leave, what has this department come to? Then the person telling us this on top of it says ,he has to be somewhere at 18:00 and he has leave I was really shocked with his attitude. What kind of service is this that you rendering.....
