Good day<br> <br> I app**** for my daughters name change in February 2015, the additional name was done in October this year. I went into the Centurion offices on the 19th October to collect only to find out the additional name was spelt incorrectly. I spoke to Phethani and Botshelo who assured me they will give the name change through to the head office and it will be done in 2 weeks. when I called in 2 weeks they said the correction still was not given through. I have emailed and called centurion Offices up and down and they assured me it will be done. today I called again , still nothing. Can someone please assist me as I need my daughters birth certificate for next year enrolments in school. Please advise urgently<br>
