Selfish and jealous human being

Department of home affairs had posts that are closing on the 6th, it happed that I arrived in the room where CVS and z83 are dropped at 4 minutes past 4. And then this woman told me to drop mine in an outside box without signing the list. I questioned her and then she said they are closing. Mind you there were people there writing and about to submit , the box was there and the list. But she refused me the opportunity. Honestly I am not happy with her actions that's how I lost my potential job.
