Security Guard pushes woman and thinks it's a joke

I left work on Friday a little earlier to go and apply for my new ID at Home Affairs in Brakpan,we got there by 15:40, I phoned their offices and according to them,they only closed on 16:00.We got to the home affairs and the gate was half open,not locked.I stepped in and the security guard came and pushed me out of the gate,I asked why he's pushing me and he kept on pushing.My husband re-acted like any other husband will and pushed the gate open and pushed the security guard back and asked why he was pushing his.The security guard started laughing.A lady from inside came out and my husband asked for the guards boss number and the guards name,she just said sorry the lines is off and that we must calm down,but saying nothing to the guard when I told her he pushed me.My husband asked again for the Security guards details,she just turned around and walked away without handling the situation that her security guard pushed me.So in todays world it's fine to push people out of the gate instead of telling us the lines is off.We got a hold of his boss and according to his boss and the lady the guard never pushed me,but she wasn't outside at the time.I got a picture of the guards face too!
