SA Home Affairs is shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit

I am a South African lady who has been married to a Ghanaian man for 5 years and we have 3 children. In February 2022 we app**** for a spousal permit that took 3 years for the outcome to be finalized. Now we received news that it has been rejected due to home affairs not being able to prove that we are both financially stable and can't proof that we have children No one at thr home affairs bothered to phone us or even sms us to inform us that they need to confirm those details, now they are telling us that we have to make an appeal. Appeal for what, wait 3 years for your permit then you are required to go and pay a lawyer , this is absolutely ridiculous. This is the reason why we skilled people leave this country and immigrate to other countries to give them our services, the home affairs here is nonsense!

All they know is *******ion and taking money from people. We need the Minister to intervene ,we need our permit. If the minister has to train his people he must do that.

We want our permit, we deserve it! We need disciplinary action to be taken against the officials who were handling our file!
