SA government departments are a joke

I'm trying to get hold of home affairs in durban central / umgeni road/ pinetown/ Chatsworth.... why do these good for nothing idiots have phone lines .... I'm trying to find out what is required to apply for ID for my grade 12 child .... nowadays all government departments from hospitals to clinics/ home affairs to saps is all just there to get a salary & care a less about why they got the job and as for SASSA its a flipping joke you can't get on the phone & they don't reply to emails & you can't check srd grant status on website as it always say failed..... these people only there for the gravy train ****ing assholes
