SA citizen ****** in foreign country and left stranded

<p>I Am a South African citizen who got ****** of my bag and it's entire contents in Luanda on sat 29/07/2017. I reported the incident visited the SA embassy in luanda who then sent an application to home affairs in Pretoria. I explained the urgency. I was supposed to be at work yesterday but still stuck here as Home affairs in Pretoria didn't respond to my application yet.I called almost every home affairs office in SA and only one picked up and this office told me they cannot help me or contact Pretoria on my behalf.how pathetic is that. I could have been ****d or half dead or even a victim of human trafficking. It is so disappointing that there is no support from authorities in your own country when u are in this case a victim of theft in another country and now they response is soooo slow. I risk losing my job and spending so much money to change flights from one date to the other. There is an absolute lack of support from SA home affairs in this incident.</p>
