Hi there,<br> <br> Docs are still in my purse showing that an application for my daughter's vault copy birth certificate has not been processed after applying 24th February 2015! <br> <br> We are just short of a year of waiting for this piece of identification!<br> <br> Every time I call I am told 2-6 weeks to get the doc and the call centre agents seem to be numb to the fact that it's already going to be 11 months waiting for this certificate.<br> <br> Yes, I have a case Nbr, yes, I was told to call back after 10 workings days which i've done on numerous occasions. The staff don't seem to use their own initiative and are not helpful or considerate whilst home affairs is abusing the trust we have in our government to get even the simple things done.<br> <br>
