Rustenburg Home Affairs

Myself, my wife and my two sons went to make ID's at Rustenburg Home Affairs.

The ID's are ready for collection but now we can't get our ID's because the staff is quite rude and made my wife and kids wait in a queue and later just came to shut the door in their faces.

I'm working until 4 so it's a bit difficult for me to ask for time off since I'm not even sure if I'll get my ID.

I don't know what to do.
